Effective April 1, 2026, the Great Library will no longer be open on Saturdays. Saturday visits have steadily declined over the past several years, and this change will help us better align our services with the needs of our users.
To enhance weekday access for licensees, we will be extending our Tuesday and Thursday hours until 6:00 p.m. On those days, the Library will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
All other weekdays will continue with our regular 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. hours.
Updated hours will be posted on the Great Library website.
We will continue to monitor usage during these extended hours to ensure our services remain responsive and user‑focused.
