Conveniently located close to the courts in Osgoode Hall, and 361 and 393 University Avenue, the Great Library’s Consultation Room and Library Board Room are available to Law Society licensees needing a quiet and private space for client consultation or trial preparation.
The Consultation Room is available Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 12 noon to 5:00 pm. Please note when booking the room for client meetings that members of the public (clients, interpreters, etc.) can only access the building on weekdays between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. After-hours access to the building is restricted to Law Society licensees only.
The Library Board Room is available Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm.
To reserve either room, email us at refstaff@lsuc.on.ca (Monday through Friday 9 am – 5 pm). Please provide your name and Law Society member number, the date, start and end time of your reservation, as well as the purpose for booking the room (client meeting, trial preparation, mediation, etc.). There is no charge for booking library meeting rooms.
